Here is some criteria that we came up with to help narrow down your choice:
Is he/she attentive?
Are they engaging?
Does he/she remember your drink?
Does he/she pay special attention to you?
Do you have a relationship with “your bartender” outside of the venue?
Has this bartender changed venues and have you followed?
Can they pour a mean drink?
Does he/she remember your name?
Do they know about the drinks they serve?
Are they clean?
What makes you like “your bartender”?
